Refunds
We will give a refund if someone cancels their subscription or orders before it ships. If it has already shipped we will issue a full refund if they send the unopened box back to us. Otherwise we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
Subscription Cancellations
We will refund the unshipped box(es). Customers can cancel at anytime. We will help them cancel, if the reach out to us and need help.
Quality Issues
If something is broken, expired, etc. There are two options: (1) We can provide them with a max 10% discount (2) Or send replacements at our expense and lets add a little something extra for the customer's trouble. It is preferable to give the discount at this time.
