Cancellation Policy - December 2020
We suggest the consumer cancels their account, so there isn't any mistakes. If they try, cannot complete the task and reach back out to us, we can cancel for them.
If a customer ordered by mistake and canceled their subscription (or 1x purchase) prior to the box shipping out, we can cancel and refund in full.
If there is a customer that received their package, but wants to cancel, they can cancel, but will not receive a refund on that box.
Standard response for someone that is asking about cancelling their subscription:
